Royal Restumping and Underpinning Pty Ltd

"Giving our customers the royal treatment"

Reblocking better known as Restumping is necessary to be done every 30 odd years. It is the process of removing old and rotten stumps from a stump sub-floor house and replacing it with concrete stumps. If left untreated, the end result will be total collapse of the structure/building.

Underpinning is the process of excavating soil in a sequence from the main foundation areas and pouring concrete into each pit to strengthen and support the house/building and repeat in each area that has been affected.

Due to soil movement, the fitted concrete stumps can move, resulting in bowed, uneven floors and creaking noises in the house. Computer level will be used to see which area of the house has been affected and then will be packed with durable PVC packers to put the house back in level.
